I work for a major airline and I have dealt with Vera several times. She tends to purchase tickets for her clients with unauthorized credit cards. If you buy from Vera Travel, buyer beware. You may be getting a bill from the airline or hotel stating that they have not been properly paid. She is a scam artist and requires that she be paid with cash. This is not a normal request from a legit travel agent.
