I ordered on Dec 13th and recieved my order on Dec 24th. I do not have a venue card just a purchase/lease account which is through Progressive Finance Not the other one. But the company is definately the same. I have not had any problems so far. I have talked to customer service, actually they called me to let me know that I was approved. they also called to let me know that my order was shipped and that my first payment would be in January and what the amount of the payment was. I also recieved information in the mail from progressive letting me know the exact same thing that Venue had already told me. But I did notice from exploring the site more that they did at one point offer a credit account but they do not anymore. But I will definately keep a close eye on everything. And I will write another review as time goes by.
