I've ordered from venue before with no problem at all. The item showed up at my door in like 4 days.
So I did trust Venue a second time when i need to buy a sweeper, but
Just like everyone else, I ordered a Dyson Sweeper from Venue on September 23,2009, its now November 10th,2009 and i still have not received it. I have contacted them a couple times about the problem and they say there is nothing they can do about it and too just wait.
I have attempted to call Venue to have the order canceled because i'm not going to keep paying for something that i do not have, But all i get to listen to is the lousy music they have playing in my ear.
Venue is a lousy company and i will never use them again...
This is the last time Venue..
