I am having the same issue I waited two months to find out my tv was back ordered so I canceled my order I received my bill and they told me to ignore the bill it was all set,I don't think so now I have a late fee for something I don't have and canceled have made a complaint with the BBB it doesn't seem they are doing much about these guys a C- rating is not good enough.
I called again to have the late fee removed I was told that wasn't a problem but guess what no credit to my account and no one there can see who I talked to ya ok time for these guys to be out of business SOON Doug
Finally Got my credit back three months later over 30 phone calls and complaints with the BBB and Attorney general and a bad mark on my credit that has been clean for over 15 years Wow I hope No has to deal with the same thing but by the looks of things and complaints here alot have
