I have, of course, a similar story. I have tried to order 2 different laptops from Venue. Each time I waited for it to be delivered and nothing ever came. I cancelled the orders. The first cancellation was fine. I was refunded. The second cancellation was not. I got a call this morning from the creditor stating my account is past due and that I will have to write them to dispute the transaction. This is ridiculous. Someone should do something about this company.
