I am writing this review as I have had the worst experience with this "so called company" I have spoken with 5 phantom employees who are clearly reading from a script ("thank you ma'am, I'm sorry for your experience, this is clearly not acceptable, it takes 7-10 business days to have this backed out of your account....) I placed an order on 07/03/2009 checked 07/15/2009 and was advised that it would be delivered in 3 weeks. I checked again on 07/29/2009 and found that the item was "back ordered". I immediately advised the representative to cancel the order. I called on 08/04/2009 as I received a bill I was told it would take 3 business days to have this backed out. I called again on 08/10/2009 and was advised that a supervisor would give me a call back. To date I have not received a callback but I have received a 2nd bill in the mail with a late fee no less. I contact the credit card company and was advised that they could not do anything about the refund as "Venue" would need to reverse the entry. I reached out to Venue and was advised that a manager would give me a call back. He was even kind enough to give me his name Mark Ollero (yeah right). At this point I do not believe anything that comes out of there mouths. He then gave me the Venue Executive Office number 1-866-922-0582 I tried calling tonight a recording answered with no formal greeting and no answer. I will try again tomorrow but this is awful awful service. I hope this complaint reaches someone that will put a stop to Venue's tactics and close them down.
