Fall-2011: Vault Mortgage of Los Angeles in NOT RECOMMENDED. Phone calls not returned. Commitments not met. Questions not answered. Delay after delay. Several last minute requirements. Fees greater than quoted. I simply do not recommend you use Joshua and the others at Vault.
