Value Home loan foreclosed on me while they stated to be working on a modification. They were my second lender and the loan was not that big. When I received the notice of trustee on my door, I was in shock and called value, they stated not to worry that this was part of the process, and they did not want my home. I called my first to tell them what I received and they also, told me that the second would never foreclose, that it would have to be the first and they (the first) had no intentions on foreclosing. I need an attorney, I can't let value get away with this.
