Home Owners BEWARE!
By far my worst experience with a contractor yet. Deadlines are not met. Foreseeable problems are not dealt with till they become additional costs. Building without regard to the specs discussed causing time intensive changes. Talking to a ton of people who are supposed to be aware of the project specs, yet they are clueless, and a mere front for their incredible disregard to details and cleanliness. All their workers are sub-contracted, making communication between foreman, project managers, and clients a complete mess.
This is not a Complaint, this is my review for the public. A formal complaint is being filed in the near future.
