My husband and I had dealt with more than our fair share of timeshare scams, (usually of his doing, and against my advice). We got 2-3 calls a week asking if we would like to sell. A while back when I was at work my husband decided to take a call from Us Luxury Property Group, I found out two weeks later when I went to pay our mortgage that the $2,400 that was missing out of our account went to them for another attempt at selling our timeshare, making it over $9,000 in total expenses. Needless to say he spent a few nights on the couch, I had him make what I thought to be a useless attempt at staying posted on the status, and he did. You can imagine my surprise when we got a call about 8 weeks later as well stating that the job was done, and we would be receiving our final paper in a few days. What a relief!! Finally a group of people deal with timeshares that aren't crooks. Of course now I have to listen to the whole "I told you so" from Rick (my husband) but hey at least were not writing checks for those maintenance fees anymore, I couldn't ask for more!!
