Customer complaint : No show for scheduled pick up.

We scheduled bulky items pick up in advance for this week on Wednesday. Long story short, it’s now Saturday and the items /trash are still on street curb in front of our house. We’ve called everyday , sometimes twice a day plus sent emails to customer service for help. We understand things happen and we’ve been nice and courteous in our communication, but we are going on 4 days now. We are constantly given the standard apology from UWS and promised a driver will be here today before 6 pm. It’s on going since Wednesday and we are so frustrated, upset and just disappointed in service. We hope this review reaches management and Matthew Blackburn for help asap .
