After spending several weekends shopping for Hardwood floor in L.A. area we found Universal Hardwood. There was something different about this store from the moment we walked in. UH seemingly had every flavor of hardwood floor imaginable, and at all price points. The staff could answer any questions we threw at them and encouraged us to take sample boards home before making any decisions. With a limited budget, we decided to do installation ourselves despite having very limited experience. UH has instructional videos on site and their installation experts offered up advise before we started. The floors look so incredible that we decided to extend the project throughout the house. The hardwood floors have transformed the look on our home, and we couldn't be happier with all the advice and services we received from Universal Hardwood along the way. They truly wanted to see us succeed with this project.
