I placed my first call to US Gold Bureau about a month ago and Adam Willis took my call. I have been extremely pleased with Adam's performance since that first call. I placed my first order almost immediately, and because of his excellent customer service
skills I placed my second order last week. Adam is always courteous, knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and he actually speaks English! He never puts pressure on me to buy anything, which I really appreciate. I do not respond well to pressure. He always answers
his phone and on the few occasions he was not available, he called back. With customer service deteriorating everywhere a representative that returns calls is unheard of. Adam is a real asset to US Gold Bureau, and I will continue to enjoy doing business with
him.
