United Plus- Buyers beware BIG RIP-OFF

This company is a RIP-OFF and they need to be stopped and prosecuted to the fullest extent. They promised a loan modification of 2%, lowering our house payment guaranteed and we gave them $5700.00 and got nothing in return. I don't understand why the state of California doesn't go after these rip off artists and close them down and put them all in jail. Of course you ask for your money back, but noone ever calls you back. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED and Wells Fargo needs to be sued also for giving out this so-called company's name for the Obama Home Modification Loan Program. They have nothing to do with the Program, only ripping people off. Wells Fargo shouldn't give out companies name for that program unless they check them out first.
