Charges, Charges, Charges
I have been with this company for almost 3 years and I am every month upset when I read the charges.
Starting with Card fee's ($4.96), Batch header ($.50), monthly min. $20.29(which I was told would not exist!!!, annual fee ($79,00), regulatory product fee, other fee's $3.95, TIN / TFN Invalid ($9.95), costumer support ($10,50), My Merchant Console ($7,49), PCI Compliance Prog. ($7.00) ect. Unbelievable!!!!! EVERY MONTH over and over.
I decided to cancel this service completely since people are open to write checks at my business, and with that I will be saving more than $7,000 / year. What a payback. I thought every company needs to have a merchant terminal, but any other company would be better than this one here.
These hidden charges, changing their policy without your consent and you MUST pay what every they decide on.
Also, there is another service called Square with NO charges except the transaction fee for each single charge which is much less than all charges I have listed here.
I am so upset ;(
