Horrible experience with this company.. Twice I was told I would be closing the next day, twice they said, sorry we can't get you the loan. Phone messages were rarely returned, even called the VP of the company and he won't return my calls. The only way I was able to talk to my mortgage person was to repeatedly call and hope I got lucky when he was answering the phones.
This company is highly unprofessional, I spent almost 3 months of my time dealing with their incompetency.
Save yourself the energy, find someone else..
I would give them zero stars but they will only let me give them one as the lowest.
