Bad customer service and unprofessional

We have been with UMS since 2001 they processed our credit card transactions...Never had any issues. Until one day there was an error and they decided that we were a high risk account and without notifying our company decided to hold on to our money in the amount of $1,850.43. I called to see what the problem was they said there is nothing they can do about it...The risk management decided to hold the money in the event of I don't know what...? So I closed my account with them and moved on happily with another merchant who is much faster in processing our transactions for fraction of the cost. Since than I have written an e-mails to the company and complained and left several messages. All of them have gone unanswered. My last call was today at 2:00 pm. I let the receptionist know that if I don't receive a call back from rep today I have no other choice but to put a complaint to BBB and he still failed to return my call. When I called back and spoke to the same receptionist she said that he was notified and sorry if he didn't call you back. Please let me know how we can resolve this matte
