DON'T DO IT. Six months before my home foreclosed I paid ULG $1600 to modify my home loan and they did absolutely nothing. I faxed everything they asked for and called several times when I kept getting letters from my bank. Well I lost the house and never received a refund and this was 10 months ago. You will be better off talking to your bank yourself instead of just simply giving these scammers your hard earned money. At least you won't lose your money as well as your home dealing with them.
