I have been wait for a status on my loan modification for over 10 months, I have paid in full $4000.00, my negotiator has not updated me on my status, I have checked my client status on there web site and it has not been updated since around March 12th 2009. I have received several courtesy call via the phone that my negotiator has contacted the Leander but that is as far as it has gotten. I have made several phone call when takes several minutes to talk to anybody and when I get someone they tell me that they will email the negotiator and have then return my call, as always I never recieve any call backs. I feel at a loss and need some advise
