It is SUCH a weight lifted from my shoulders to have this financial burden over. Your company did a wonderful job in helping contact my credit card companies and obtain a lower interest rate (zero in some instances). I was able to consolidate all of my payments into one, manageable monthly sum. Your staff was incredibly helpful any time I had questions or concerns, and now, I'm on the other side of the process!
The reimbursement check took a little time to receive. I was informed it would take 18-22 weeks, and when I hadn't received it in that time, I simply sent an email, and I received a call later that day. I was told the check would be sent, and I received it two days later.
Overall, the experience was quite pleasant!
