Hello I have been a costumer of UFs since 2004. I have through out the years recieved letters from credit card companies saying they have dropped me due to late or no payments. Now the first 3-4 this happend yes they fixed until now. I have been trying to contact them through phone email with no one getting back to me. I have sent over 6 mails asking whats going on. Then 4 weeks ago my credit score dropped 10 points due to non payment and excessive late payments on one of the accounts that go through UFS. No one at any point has gotten back to me but they continue to take funds from my bank account as scheduled. Now my bank says they cant stop payment because they take the payment not me sending to them.
I would like someone from this company to of contacted me within at least 5 days of first contact. That was never done. And their voice mail box was full so couldnt leave a message.
