I have been with the debt program with this UFS for 2 years. I had problems for the first 3 months of the program for late charges from my credit card but after that, the program went smooth until few months ago. My payments keep getting posted late for the last three months. I've gotten letters from my credit cards as well as a late fee last month. The've had several reasons of why the payments are being distributed late but I don't believe any of them is telling the truth. It's been really hard to get a hold of anybody who can actually help you and assure you that payments will be sent out on time. I was on hold for about one to two hours everytime I call them for the past 3 days to fix this problem. I tried calling for the manager, who was not available MOST of the time. Finally, one representative and a manager assured me that my payments should post at the right time for next month, if it doesn't I will pursue my pending complaint. I have my paper complaint sitting in my office and will be ready to mail it to BBB and Attorney General if any of my credit cards drop me or charge me a late fee again due to United Financial System's questionable practices. I think this organization / company needs some close attention to their rules and guidelines in customer funds, service and especially management interaction.
