If I could unclick the one star, I would. This company was awful for our long-distance clergy move. Over 1/2 our belongings are damaged beyond repair or use and nearly a 1/4 of them are missing! They also lied about an accident involving one of their subcontractors - telling us our truck was not involved. The delivery driver, also a sub-contractor, said he never saw so much damage and he believes our things were in the very accident USA Relocation denied. We are left with a mess after experiencing many of the same problems others complained of here in this post. I only wish I had found this post before we contracted with them.
