During our moving they broke one book shelve. That night we noticed a rip in our mattress and started looking further. We noticed one of our BBQ was broke on the side because of the way they picked it up and another one had broken places on it. Our desk was cracked on one end and stove legs were broken. There were other items broken but I hope you understand now that they are NOT careful.
