I believe that the positive reviews about this company must have been added by US Mortgage themselves. After paying them $2,000.00 up front to get assistance from them I have lost my home. It was auctioned 09-23-10. I too called the bank and they told me the same thing, that they have no contact from this company. I too called and called and called about my money and finally they disconnected all their numbers. I was past around from person to person, there was a lady Inga that I worked with. I too have all the paperwork and all emails saved. I have also contacted a lawyer. In the year that I tried to resolve this they also changed their name to DIVERSIFED HOME LOANS. I was also told the same thing, don't pay during this process, they can't force you out as long you're donig this, etc. Be careful doing business with this company. I thought I researched as best I could but they're right, they do have smooth talkers. I checked BBB rating and everything and gee, wouldn't you know it they are now off the BBB. Great job BBB on staying on top of things! Now whenever I get a question about my personal information or money up front I trust no one and hang up, even if it is not a scam I will never put my family through this again. And B of A is no help, they could care less about the people that have lost their jobs and can't afford their mortage. They're just as worthless.
