U.S. Mortgage Funding Inc. Is a scam, they asked for 2700.00 up front from us and we fell for it... After sending the money they assured us that they where in contact with our mortgage company, wasting three precious months. Today I called our mortgage company that says they have had no contact with them at all. Our mortgage company is working with us to do the modification. They have smooth talking sales people that made me skeptical from the very first phone call. Beware do not give them your money!!!!!!
