THis is the largest scam of a company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They called us and "claimed" they can help us with a loan modification working with our current mortgage company. We paid them $1500.00 to do this up front. After finding out my mortgage company does not participate in anything like this we contacted the sales rep (Phil Locke) umteen messages left with no return calls. All of a sudden Kathy from the complaince office calls stating that Phil should never had went ahead with this as they knew our mortgage company did not participate in this program (I have saved voicemails to back this information up) and because of this we would be recieving a full refund. Here we are 4 months later multiple lies supposedly 2 checks have been mailed but no one can provide a confirmation number. Now Kathy does not return calls and a new man name Jayman Lacks called on 06/18 stating there was an error in the accounting office (which I doubt exists at this point and the check would be mailed this week and he would call on Monday to confirm everything. Here we are now on 06/24 a minimum of 2 messages per day have been left for this "gentleman" which on Friday was promised he returns all calls within 1 hour. Not one return phone call has been made I left more messages today and when the main number is called funny enough no one seems to know who this man is or that he even exists. When they knew my mortgage company did not participate in the program any contract sigend was null and void and this is grand larceny due to the amount of money stolen. The FTC has been contacted as well as the Florida Attorney General's office. I will also be contacting the Boca Raton police dept to file grand larceny charges naming all individuals involved. YOUR COMAPNY IS A SCAM YOU KNOW IT AND SO DOES ANYONE WHO HAS EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH YOU. DO NOT EVER ATTEMPT TO DO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS THEY ARE A FRAUD WILL ROB YOU BLIND WITH NO ONE EVER CALLING TO BE HONEST AND JUST SAY HEY WE STOLE YOUR MONEY HAHA. A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS ON ORDER FOR THIS COMPANY
