US Mortgage Fundin, Inc. is a scam company. They have a very slick sales process with many promises. Unfortunately we fell for it. They were very quick to take our money, but 3 months later had done nothing - not even contact our motgage company. We wound up negotiating with our mortgage company on our own. A process which is much easier then getting a live body on the telephone at US Mortgage Funding. BEWARE!! Once they have your money you will never hear from them again!
