I had to wright about my experience with us direct. I have been looking to get a warranty on my 2007 Ford Explorer because I have heard that they can have transmission issues and are very expencive to replace. I called us direct after speaking with my dealership about getting a warranty. The dealership said I would have to pay for a 5 year contract up front. No way I told the guy, and he suggested I call us direct so I can pay as I go along. So I gave them a call. Now I dont know much about cars but the represative was very informative and patient with my questions. But what really supprised me is how she explaned the commonly overlooked details on alot of plans that are for sale, and was able to get me the coverage that is viable for my Ford. She brought up alot of questions I never even thought about asking, but were very relevant. I always worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to Vehicle repairs so I was very pleased to have been walked through the contract so carefully. Thank you guys :D
