Poor Customer service!!

Just had a very unpleasant exchange with a manager from Go Acupuncture named Daniel. He was short, curt and showed no concern for me the customer. He only spoke of his bottom line. The reviews you may read on their website are obviously plants, as there is no opportunity to submit feedback and warnings about their policies. I'm writing this here so that no one else has to experience the poorest excuse for customer service imaginable. Prices are good, but there's no excuse for bad customer service. Taking my business elsewhere. Even if I have to pay more for my products.
