A personal experience

I've purchased more than a few orders from UPC through their online store, GoAcupuncture before, so when I planned to visit the States during Christmas of last year I decided to stop by their physical location in San Gabriel to see what they had to offer. Knowing that I would be arriving around Christmas time, I was very surprised to hear from them that they would open doors on the weekend just for me (being a long time customer and all).
When I arrived, I had a long chat about their latest products over a nice cup of tea. They seem to be very nice people. Now the store wasn't too large, but the variety of products they had were mind boggling. I ended up leaving the store with more than what I had intended to buy. It appears that the more you purchase from them, the higher discounts you receive.
I brought a defective portable lamp with me, (it had been DOA, but since the high international shipping costs I decided to exchange it in person). Unfortunately, they didn't have the same model in stock. But they were nice enough to apologize and exchange for a similar product.
I've never had any problems with ordering from them online in the past and I didn't have any issues in dealing with them in person either. It's good to have a personal level of service these days.
