UST billing scam

This company has sent several bills to public schools in Arkansas. We received 2 bills of $425 each for preventive maintenance agreements that don't exist. Fortunately, we have the time and personnel to adequately review such invoices before payment so we did not pay the bills. Since receiving those bills, we have heard of several other school districts that have received such bills. And they are not marked as "solitications"--they are invoices. Our state Dept of Education has advised all school districts in the state to submit such claims to the Arkansas Attorney General. I hope they are successful in efforts with California. This company should be shut down, the predatory practices halted immediately. I agree with the other posters who decry the single star rating. It would be nice to have an intentional NO-star rating.
