The Tycoon Group, L.L.C. :
a. Has failed to return our $5,000.00 refundable deposit as per written contract as of this date.
b. Failed to get any funding for our business and failed to perform and breached it's written contract with our business.
c. Misrepresented numerous claims in order to induce us into signing a contract with he and his firm.
d. Curtis Brown owner of "The Tycoon Group, L.L.C. claims the business is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). I spoke to the SEC today and they informed me they have no record of any "The Tycoon Group, L.L.C. or Curtis Brown being registered with the SEC.
