The quality of work is poor. We told the contractor to fix several of his errors and he said, "you're nick picking". One of his jobs was to take out a window and after he said it was complete the window frame was still very visible and the texture was uneven. A bathroom wall that was built by them was also uneven causing the tile to be laid out uneven. We asked him again to fix it and he refused, said, "it was too much work". The issues just kept going we became very unhappy with their quality of work and the more we asked him to fix it the more defensive he would get. Also, we found some "hot" wires that were tucked behind a kitchen wall causing this be unsafe. We attempted several times to contact him via cell phone and he never responded. After a few weeks of ignored phone calls the contractor finally sent us an email letting us know that due to the "nick picking" he was not going to complete the work as stated on the contract. Bottom line is the contractors are young and need alot of experience to gain. He doesn't like to be told to fix things, gets defensive and then shuts down and ignores the customer. The whole experience was a of waste of our time and money. We are truly very disappointed with the final outcome.
