Trialpay has horrible customer service and non lack of support for getting back to you. I have been having a ongoing issue with them. Today out of spite they have reported me to a game I play for abuse. I have my bank account information, credit card account information, and the emails that have been going back and forth about this issue.
Trialpay had partnered with a game played on Facebook called Kingdoms of Camelot (KOC) in which I play and have spent lots of money on.
Below is my issue: Two day ago I tried to purchase some gems in KOC. My credit card account was charged the $20.00 that I had purchased but I did not receive the gems. I emailed Trialpay support to try to find out what happened. It took them two days to respond to me. Trialpay does not offer an alternative way to contact them. Trialpay did respond to my email saying that my account has been flagged from doing future purchases do to a dispute of $30.00 back in October by me. I knew nothing of this dispute. I talked to my husband who had done the dispute for a purchase on his credit card I had done that I forgot to tell him about. He didn't know who trialpay was or what the charge was for. He contacted trialpay about the dispute and never heard a word back from them so he did the dispute through his bank. It was a lack of communication on our part and due to the fact that trialpay ignored all his email inquiries regarding this purchase. I explained to trialpay what happened and they told me to have my husband reverse the dispute which he complied with. Meanwhile trialpay still has not answered my question about my recent purchase that was charged to my account for the $20.00. If my account was flagged from making future purchases then the charge should not have went through. I should get a credit for this charge or the gems I purchased right? So I emailed them about this once again. Today I logged onto KOC and got this Err: 1057 which means I have been suspended from playing the game because trialpay reported me for abuse. This was not handled correctly and trialpay had never contacted us regarding this issue. I still have a purchase they let go through that they have not given me my merchandise for.
