I recently added this option to my game and it's been a sudden influx of extra revenue and delight to myself and my players. The times things didn't work(credit not given) were easy to get fixed. The report engine is easy to use, and getting it connected wasn't hard either.
Customer support has, overall, been helpful. I would recommend to others, just watch out for the polls, some of them drop you half way in, very annoying. Lab42 is pretty awesome.
