Terrible service

I have been looking since we have been back to review this travel agency. This is the worst travel agency that I have had the misfortune to deal with. We had got a really good deal for 5 nights with flights to Fiji with Groupon. I was really excited It.
From the start we had problems with them due to the travel agent that we got ( Yuri ). She could not have been any less helpful. Did not seem like she wanted to help us at all from the start. We had a really good time in Fiji don't get me wrong but I will
never deal with this agency again no matter how cheap it will be
