Last month when I moved from Florida to Ohio I had Transunited do the job for me. I wanted to write this review to thanks hem for the amazing job that they did and hopefully help anyone reading make a good decision on a moving company to go with. I spoke with James threw out the whole process. He was very informative, explained everything to me. he took my inventory gave me a binding price based on that inventory and assured me that as long as that is what when on the truck I wouldn’t have to pay a penny more. Helped me schedule my pickup date, explained how that whole process would go, and answered every question that I had. I paid my deposit and then got everything ready to move. I got a call the night before my pickup from the driver just letting me know he will be there tomorrow and what time. The workers showed up the next day right when they said they would. They did a great job packing everything, making sure everything was wrapped and secure, loaded everything onto the truck. I did have a little bit of overages on my move, I had added a few more things so my price did go up a little, but the driver was great, he stopped and explained my new price, and why it was that price. The truck headed out and I went out to Ohio to get the new house ready and wait for my delivery. James had given me 30 days of free storage witch I needed because nothing was even close to being ready in Ohio. As soon as I was ready I called him, and he had my goods sent out on the next truck (they arrived about 4 days latter to me). It was a different crew who did my delivery, but once again they were great, they were so careful unloading everything, helped me unwrap everything and put it together back in the right rooms. They did such a good job. Everyone that I came into contact with at this company was great, so helpful so sweet. They really did a great job on my move!!
