How do they deserve an A+. I expected to see "I told you so" do not purchase. Tryed to return a phone with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. It does not get service in S E Wisconsin in most places including my neighborhood 1 mile from the freeway with no obstructions. Spent 1 hour on the phone with them and they managed to send me 1 call out of 4 tries while standing outside. They told me there was nothing wrong with the phone and I would have to live with it. Asked for a return authorization number and they refused. Asked if I could exchange for a different model phone and they refused. $30+ dollars down the drain.
