I am not sure how tracfone got such a good review. there customer service is nil and they are not helpful at all. I have been through the ringer with them for the past 2 weeks. They 1st charged almost $100 for minutes that I purchased on there website but I never received the minutes. It took 7 calls and 6 hours to get 3 of the charges back. The 4th charge the refused to give back and I had to file a complaint with my bank to get them to investigate it. So how in the world did they get A+ rating. How are these ratings done? I think it needs to revised. I would not recommend them to any body including my worst enemy. Sorry folks my spelling isn't that good when I upset. They shut my phone off to a prepaid phone saying they gave me to many minutes and I owe them $21.58. Now I am unemployed and on all my resumes it has my phone number which they would not allow me to port out to different phone so you could say I am out of luck now some companies will not be able to contact me about employment, if I don't find employment soon I will be foreclosed on. They have screwed me. I hate tracfone. Take my advice and run the other way. Don't get a tracfone and if you have one and have good luck and service then great for you maybe other people are just luckier than I am . But I don't understand how can you owe a prepaid cell phone company money you pay for your minutes before you get them! Now I have cell phone I can't use, no one can contact me, employers can't get ahold of me, and I still have minutes on it that I had to purchase through a card to make sure they didn't over charge me again.
