Not sure how this co rates an A+ from the BBB. They pulled a switcheroo on me when I tried to add time and minutes via their Web site. Then, they refused to correct the problem, which would not have cost them one thin dime to do. When, I filed a BBB complaint they asked what I would consider a "remedy." If you have to file a complaint to receive a remedy you are dealing with an unethical co. BBB - get your act together as regards TracFone.
