straight talk (aka tracfone) is a waste of time and money. it is an act of congress to get through to someone in customer support and then when you do you can't understand them, they give you the run around and tell you they have no records. they will not refund your money or the product you purchased. do not order any ring tones or any thing else online. your never get them!
