THIS IS THE MOST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF COMING ACROSS! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS WHEN YOU WANT TO ADD MONEY TO YOUR ACCOUNT. THEY ANSWER REALLY FAST. THIS IS THE OPTION I ALWAYS CHOOSE SO I DON'T HAVE TO HOLD ON FOREVER. ANYWAY, I HAVE A SAFELINK PHONE. I HAVE HAD A FEW ENCOUNTERS WITH THE SERVICE. I THOUGHT WOULD BE VERY EASY TO RESOLVE. MY MINUTES DISAPPEARED, MY PLAN MAGICALLY CHANGED, OR SOMETHING ELSE TRIVIAL. I HAD TO CALL UMPTEEN TIMES, GOT PUT ON HOLD FOREVER, GOT DISCONNECTED COUNTLESS TIMES, MANAGERS WEREN'T AS HELPFUL AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN. WHY DOES IT SEEMS AS IF ALL THEIR REPRESENTATIVES HAVE THE SAME SPEAKING VOICE AND DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH VERY WELL? THIS IS A FREE SERVICE AND I SHOULD BE HAPPY THAT I AM GETTING IT. BUT AS BAD AS IT IS - I'M NOT QUITE SURE IT'S WORTH THE HEADACHE. THAT'S SAYING A LOT! CORPORATE NEEDS TO READ THESE REVIEWS AND MAKE A SWEEP. BTW - I'D GIVE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS IF I COULD.
