We had a similar experience as the first reviewer. Dinece has been the first person in a fourteen month long fight to get our bank to consider a loan modification. She has been consistent, thorough, reliable and a joy to work with. Our situation is not resolved but we are hopeful and feel that if anyone can get it done, it will be Dinece.
