When I got my own apartment under Touchstone Properties, their attitude toward doing business has always been negative. I had high hopes that I could be a great tenant and also help my neighbors in the process. However I am met with animosity whenever I visit their office to discuss simple issues like a malfunctioning tiolet or trash concerns with my neighbors. Now, it wouldn't be too much of a problem if they controlled themselves and kept it just attitude but they sometimes break and lash out. In this case, I was the victim of their anger and frustration. One special case I was actually threatened with bodily harm. Be careful when dealing with these hooligans because I am sure they would like to spread their dark energies to anyone and anybody, especially their own clients.
