This is a terribly unprofessional company to deal with. All of our dealings with this company occurred within the past week. First, they misrepresented the listing price for the rental. It was listed on their website for $2395 per month which I printed out. When discussing the property with them, the price went to $2495! Philip, in their office, is extremely rude and incapable of speaking to a prospective client in an appropriate manner. He hung up on me twice during mid conversation! We paid application fees(x3)for myself, my wife, and our daughter, and were approved through their credit review process. However, they refused to email or fax a lease copy for our review and signature which we would have returned with our deposit check. This company's behavior and attitude toward clients is very disturbing and I believe they are not to be trusted. We decided not to enter into a relationship with this company because of the foregoing experience. We resolved that if this is the way they treat a prospective and approved client, we didn't want to anticipate further difficulties through the term of the lease.
