DO NOT BUY A TOSHIBA. THE SERVICE IS POOR AND THE PRODUCT IS WORSE. Can you imagine the BBB gives this company an A+ rating. I filed a complaint. I did not read these reviews prior to my purchase. After reading these I wonder what the BBB really means. I purchased a Qosmio X500-Q900S and have had nothing but problems from "9 Crash Dumps to problems with accessing the internet. I always purchased HP's. Someone recommended this product. Sorry I did not read these reviews first. I was told this morning I cannot expect my Laptop to be returned until after May and they have had it since April. I actually believe they sent a refurbished product. It could not have been new, otherwise why would it need a new part for repair.This company causes you to lose business and time. The representatives are impatient and will not listen until you complete your sentence before they start talking. They have no answers and are unresponsive. When the computer is new and problems occur the product should be replaced without delay. Then the message to the public would be - that a person could rely upon the company for resolution of problems and purchases.
