I, like many, was intrigued about this product so bought it from their infomercial. I received it promptly and promptly learned that it is the biggest piece of garbage. The curls fall out of your hair within 1 hour after completion. The "shell" clips are clunky and uncomfortable around your face as they smack you in the face when you move around while wearing them until they cool as recommended. I tried to return it and was 1 day past the 30 day trial. The customer service rep gave my no leeway, would not transfer me to a supervisor and was plain nasty. This garbage product isn't worthy of a garage sale-----right to the dumpster for this one. Read the many complaints on the web before you buy---DON"T BE FOOLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
