This company's customer service is awful. They said the product I ordered would ship in 2 to 3 days, then said it was on backorder, then said it was shipped from the manufacturer, but could not supply UPS tracking numbers. Seven days later, still no tracking numbers or shipment. When I spoke with customer service, they could not give me a reason nor would they ship 2 more car seats to me from their inventory and stop the shipment from the manufacturer. I tried to email them and they did not reply until several days later when I sent them another email. After speaking to customer service, they said they would send me emails updating me as to the status of my order, however they have not done that either.
