I just bought a care from Tiggy's and I can tell you that it was a very bad experience. Most of the time, we buyers are to blame because we don't take time to inspect seriously those used car from unreliable small dealers like tiggy's, that what happened to me. After I bought the bar, just time for me to get home, two tires went flat and the battery died. I also found out that the third raw of that SUV couldn't fold. Then went the battery was dying, I got four service request from the car ( tires monitoring system, battery charger system, stability control system and another one I forgot). I called them the next day first hour because they were close by the time I got home. They told me to bring the car because it was still under warranty. Why if the car is under warranty can't I just take the car to the dealer near me? But no, I don't know what kind of warranty they were talking about, I had to drive 60 miles to get to their place after getting the car started. When I got the car back the next day, it had even more problems with scratches that wasn't there. In the end after a lot of complains, I was told that according to the contract, we were supposed to share the coast of the repairs 50/50 from the beginning but they were generous by taking car of the repairs even though beside the battery, nothing else had being repaired.
so for those who will read this, please take your time before being anything use to unreliable people like tiggy's. These people buy the cars I don't know where, they don't take time to inspect the cars and fixed what to be fixed before putting it for sale (that's what real dealers do). As long as you haven't hand them the payment, you have the power to get what you want or walk away. I did walked away from a previous same unreliable dealer days before this purchase because he was selling a car with very very bad tires and he refused to change the tires. I walked away and the next day, he started calling me and agreed to do what he refused to do the previous day.
I had a very very very bad experience with tiggy's auto, now you know, don't make the same mistakes I made.
